LIMITLESS is a 4 month program that:

• Starts with a fun BREAKTHROUGH 1.5 - 2 hr consultation - Where I will ask you a set of specific questions to determine what it is you really want to change, any problems/issues you want to work through and to establish your desired outcomes (sometimes establishing life goals and outcomes is a desired outcome).  This can be done online via ZOOM or face to face if you are in Canberra.  This session provides me with all the information necessary to plan your program. There is a fee of $250 + GST for this consultation, and if you choose to continue with the program, it comes off the total cost. 

• Continues with 9 x fortnightly coaching sessions 2hrs - (face to face or online via zoom) where we use a range of tools NLP, Breathwork, Energy Activation, Reiki and Drumming, Hypnotherapy, and TimeLine Therapy to discover the root cause of ALL the emotions, habits and behaviours that you want to change, and then create better, positive new habits and behaviours. Using the power of the breath, and energy activation we also come into the body experiencing somatic release, and release of trauma and stress from the body.

• Fortnightly tasking (we can't interrupt patterns and create new ones if we don't do "NEW THINGS" can we? It's fun, I promise you'll thank me and more importantly, yourself for it.

• You'll also have weekly check in emails, calls and support messages. I am your biggest cheerleader and support.

• Through a program designed specifically for you, you will learn to understand HOW you think, how you process information and how that impacts your values, behaviours, attitude, etc and use that knowledge to create new habits, develop a deep understanding of yourself, learn to really lean into loving you the most and create lasting life CHANGE.
